avoid talking with my parents

recently i noticed that i avoid talking with my mom and my dad, i have been living with them since i born and because this the society tradition i can not leave them until i get married.

there is always a family issue in our house since i was 1 yesterday old.. mind you im about to be 30 and i realized that a lot of things have been missed because of my father, he’s so controlling to the point he ruined our lives not just me, me and my younger sisters.

there is that anger in me on behalf all of them and i care too much about my younger sisters, and i want them to live a better lives and to experience wider things.. and i feel just helpless

my heart is aching too cuz even my mom, who i love so much, i keep avoiding her, like i can’t stop that sadness and anger i keep losing it and escaping from that
