I know what you mean! Everyone wore those masks when there was a quarantine. I guess you're convinced you're more comfortable with the mask on. I felt uncomfortable when I took the mask off, too. It depends on what you're thinking. Say to yourself, "it's safe and sound without the mask." And take it off. When anxiety starts, try to distract yourself from your anxious thoughts by doing something important. The main thing is to endure the anxiety. Fight it!

I, too, was so used to the mask at one time, it was kind of weird without it. So I know what it's like. Walking down the street, and something's not right. And then you think, "What if I get infected?" But now you don't have a mask, you take it off, and you don't think about not having one. It's helped me

I had that too when the quarantine was lifted. Try being without a female for at least a minute first. Then increase the time, it helped me. gradually you get used to it and walk calmly. And don't worry, nothing terrible is happening to you

I too took a long time to wean myself off the mask when the quarantine was lifted. I got used to my face in the mask and felt uncomfortable at first. You can wean off gradually by reducing the time you spend in the mask.

Look, don't look at people's faces when you're walking around without a mask and tear yourself up...overcome yourself a little bit every day and you'll be fine!!!!
