is this normal?

Lately I’ve been experiencing a high level of anxiety and all I want to do is just hide away in my room and sleep. I find myself completely unmotivated to do anything. Yet I still manage to push myself to do the things I need to do like go to work. I just suppress my feelings and do what I need to do. But at the same time I feel completely unmotivated to do anything. I feel like I will never be happy. I hate everything about my life. All I want to do is hide. Nothing makes me happy. What’s wrong with me?
