m i getting panic attacks? please help me!

I'm having anxiety since 2 months now and I'm fighting with it but i was getting better. Few minutes before i was stressed because of some reason and i was thinking of that and suddenly I felt pins in my heart and left shoulder and it was something different i was not having any breathing difficulty but i felt like I'm having something inside me like sudden fear and anxiety. I was anxious as i have cardiophobia. I somehow console myself that it is just my anxiety. I started feeling hot flushes on my hand till now and it feels somewhat numb. I wanted to cry but can not cry. I'm unable to bear this I'm so scared. I continuously check my heart rate and spo2. What to do please help me. I don't know if it is panic attacks or something else as i never experienced it before and i dont know the symptoms of panic attack.
