Hello!

To begin with, I would advise you to understand what exactly you are afraid of. Behind the fear of flying, different people can hide completely different phobias. For example, it can be a fear of heights or a fear that the plane will fall; this is basically a fear of death. When you find the root cause, ask yourself a question: is there any real reason to be afraid of this?

For example, many people are afraid to fly due to the fear that the plane will crash and all passengers will die. In fact, hundreds of times fewer people die in air crashes than in car accidents. Therefore, sometimes you can overcome fear purely logically, having received as much information as possible about the subject of your fears. It often turns out that there are no real grounds for fear at all.

The second way is as follows: during the flight, switch your attention to some activity. When our mind is not occupied with anything and runs free, under the influence of fear it instantly begins to draw pictures of a future catastrophe. If you distract yourself and consciously keep your attention on something else, there will simply be no place for terrible fantasies. For example, you can read a book, watch a movie or chat with a passenger sitting next to you. Have a nice flight!

Well I suppose you're scared of heights because you're maybe scared of death, the bottom line everyone agrees to that they're basically scared of death so they build this fear of certain things maybe because you've heard some traumatic news regarding such cases so that's why you seem to be scared

I thought I had the fear of heights too, but I discovered it was fear of Drowning as the first time I was trying to jump from a platform in my swimming classes, you shouldn't fear the inevitable, and you should always stay up to try new things, what is supposed to happen will happen, it's all destined, but ruining your moments in life isn't worth it

It's normal to be dealing with such situations, I too didn't like heights earlier, I used to get scared standing on high buildings or be on flights

But I wanted to know the bottom of the problem, I was curious because I don't like to be someone with fears and some factors holding me back, so at the end I realized I couldn't pursue such things because I was simply afraid by the fact of dying

Falling from height and dying, ofcourse we all should stay cautious but not scared of living, I believe everything is written everything has a destiny, so I cannot change anything being scared, so I need to pursue such things to come over my fears , and I'll suggest you the same, try to get over your fears, we cannot stay in a shell whole of our lives protecting ourselves and destroying ourselves at the same time, explore the world don't fear anything
