I am writing this waiting for a flight that I am on for work. I absolutely hate flying. My anxiety and depression make me picture terrible things happening every time I'm on a plane. This leads to intense anxiety, sweating, and a racing heart. I'm on my first work trip and I had to fly cross country, a 5 and a half hour flight.
