I am sorry for whatever happened in the past, I feel you should try to overcome your fear, why you need to fear a certain authority if you haven't done anything, have the confidence in yourself that you haven't done anything wrong, so why fear anyone

But if you are really suffering from a phobia state, then I will suggest you seeing a psychiatrist so that they can help you through therapies to get out of this situation, or help you change your pov towards it

Seeing a therapist might help as they'll help you get over that thought my talking and making you face that fear so that you do not run away from it any longer

Do not worry or be scared, if you didn't do anything wrong no power in this world can do wrong for you

Your fear is understandable, you have been through a serious event. It must have left you thinking that it could happen to you again, due to circumstances beyond your control. And you're right, you could be brought to the police, either as a witness or wrongly. And you have to realize that. Work through this fear with a therapist.

Are you asking for advice on how to live your life with fear? I'm trying to rank my fears. That means I do the things I'm least afraid of. For example, maybe you are not really afraid of looking at police officers from the outside. Or watching them on video. And so step by step I'm overcoming my biggest fears....Write me without fail if you succeeded).

What if you really, as they say in the comments, gradually get used to police cars? Approach at a certain distance when they are parked and try to reduce anxiety? And so gradually get used to it? Well, you have to do something about it.
