I relapsed. I'm so angry at myself. I was doing so well and now I've thrown it all away. Why am I so weak? I promised everyone I would stay sober. I'm such a failure. I let down my family. They all believed in me and I couldn't even stay strong for them. I'm so selfish. I knew better, but I still picked up that bottle. I hate myself for being so stupid

I don't know what to do now. I'm scared to tell anyone because I know they'll be disappointed in me, but I can't keep this secret. It's eating me up inside. I wish I could turn back time and make a different choice, but I can't. I have to face what I've done. I'm so ashamed. I thought I was better than this, but I guess I was wrong

Hey everyone, before you criticize me, I’d like to say I don’t want anyone to escape depression the way I did. I feel like crap, and I don’t even know why. I thought I had found the answer. My friend read about it on the dark web, that it can fix some mental issues. I’ve been having serious family problems, and I’ve had depression pretty much forever. When he brought acid tabs, I didn’t doubt for a second. The first time I tried microdosing, it was amazing and euphoric!! Was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I felt comforted and safe, with no anxiety, no worries. Like a warm hug for my mind. For the first time in a long time, I felt some relief from the darkness that had been consuming me. But now I’ve tried it again, twice the dose this time. And it was super weird and scary. The acid only magnified my fears and made my current depressive episode much worse. I lay in bed for seven hours, trying to get rid of hysteria and extreme self-loathing, my thoughts just kept going and going. I couldn’t think clearly. I was glad when the worst part was finally over. I feel completely exhausted. What has gone wrong? Is it about the dose, does it matter so much? I’ve read that it’s not addictive. Not like any hard drugs. My friend assured me it’ll send me on a trip of self-exploration and give me a clearer vision of what to do next. It wasn’t like that the first time, but it was a pleasant feeling. This second time was very sad. It’s inexplicable. Unless it means I somehow got physically addicted to acid the first time so that it doesn’t help me anymore? I don't know what to do now. The one thing that I thought was helping me has turned against me, and I feel trapped and even more broken than before. I don't want to be a burden to anyone, but I can't keep living like this. I'm tired of pretending that everything is okay when it's not. I just want to feel like myself again. I was promised some relief. Why did it not work the second time?

I’ve worked in a jewelry shop for half a year, and I’ve never imagined it could be unsafe! I like my workplace. It’s close to home, and it pays my rent. Most of our customers are women or couples, and my only focus all this time was to meet our sales goals for the month. I work with three other girls in shifts, all of them very young, 20 to 25. I’m 23, but I can easily be given 18, as I’m short and skinny. We were trained before about what to say, how to act and smile…

Yesterday it was my shift with one of the girls when this man came in. My colleague had another customer, so I went up to give my usual casual offer of help. It was obvious that the man was drunk, but he was well dressed and his first several questions were about our products. He was looking for a necklace, and he was pointing at the most expensive ones. I’m always a bit nervous when I show expensive pieces, we were taught how to show them so that it’s hard for customers to steal… So I do as I’ve been taught, and all the while the drunk man mumbles about needing to find a good enough gift for his wife, who has apparently found out about his lover. I was told never to react in any way to personal client’s information, and that’s what I did. Maybe I was too preoccupied with the products, maybe it showed on my face, I don’t know, but the man suddenly says, “What, you think that bitch did it on purpose? Yeah, yeah, she’s about your age…” I assume he was talking about his lover, and though it’s very unpleasant to be called names, I don’t react and keep looking at my colleague who is free by now to come and help me. But she just stands in the corner with a blank face. The man suddenly demands that I wear the necklace he has chosen because “he can’t choose between the two” and he “dreams to see it on my neck”. I was pretty freaked out at that moment, but I still tried to do my job and answered that it would be better if he invited his lady to our shop to see it on her. The man turned to my colleague and shouted if she thought it would be appropriate for me to try those on, and, to my horror, she nodded and came up to help me with the necklaces!!! All the while, I had to listen about how young and delicious we both were and that he’d ask us out if we gave him our phone numbers… The freaking man did buy one necklace in the end, it took another 10 minutes before he left, and I had to endure his jokes about my little glowing face while I had to pack his gift, and my colleague just left for other customers… I was so red in the face that I had to leave my workplace for 15 minutes to get my thoughts together. I wanted to scream at the girl I’m working with, but I can’t do it in front of customers and cameras!!! I told her all I thought about her behavior when I had a chance, but she only said it was my job to sell products and that the man came up to me in the first place because I was flirting with him – but that’s untrue! When I told this to my parents they both said leave the shop! I have my shift tomorrow again with another girl, and I don’t know what to do???

Me and my boyfriend are dating since 5 years , everything was fine in the first year , but later on he started loose intrest in me , he never treated me like I was his gf , i always felt lonely around him , we study in same college but different department postings , we usually meet when we have breakfast and lunch but he'll accompanied by his friends, he totally forgets that I'm with him , and even in the evening he hardly spends for 5 mins , when i ask him for time he always says i shld be happy with wt time he gave me , I never asked him for anything except for his time and talk, I got so fed up thought to break up , but he didn't let me go . His behaviour kept becoming worse he Started to abuse, we had two sever fights i slapped him and bet me so hard the got blood clot in my skin had headache for 4 days , when I tell him anything about how I feel , he kept saying I'm a good boyfriend, I do ntg for u , and so on .. he gave frns from his school who went to same tusion with him , idk anything about her she stay 400 miles away from us , I know that he text with her , but everytime I see the chat history will be deleted with her , the phone call history too , recently there was a chat he forgot to delete in that he asked her can he call . I asked him about that that he got offended we had a fight about y he kept on deleting the chat , if there was ntg to be afraid and normal chat y would I be mad , he told me he'll stop deleting the chats , but he did it again today, when I asked him about that y he deleted the chat he started speaking about how he's loyal to me no one will be loyal , he's not cheating and I don't deserve loyal boyfriend and so on , again i told him im not asking about texting her I'm asking about y he deleted the chat even after he told he won't , he always lied and manipulates me but this time it was so obvious, he started to bad mouth me , he even told I shld suicide that ppl around me can be in peace , i don't let him to be in peace , he doesn't care about me and my fellings , when ever we had fight, i get hurt he tell me to let go off it , but I can't coz I got hurt so badly by the person I loved , the next day or the very next moment he comes and talks to me as ntg happened between us , and past few months we never had a proper love conversation , when ever we are together i prefer to talk to spend quality time , but he's behind sex , he never talk to me with love or affection how can he expect me to be okay when he asked for sex , he gets angry about that too , so because my behaviour he sayshe lost peace in his life , I know I'm not perfect but I'm not bad to be told to die ..
