When you are trapped in a situation and you cant see any possible solutions or hope further then definitely you will feel anxious or negative. Even a small scenario filled with confusion wont allow you to think beyond. Such things might lead to more and more of negativity and confusion.


  • Journal down all your thoughts. whatever confusion you have. then later on see if you can address each one with solution and alternative ideas.


  • Try talking to someone close who can help you out.


  • When you say in family you see red flags. write down who is toxic and specific details explaining why you feel like that. See how valid and factual your statements are or is it your assumptions, Is it possible for you to talk to them and get a clarity. Write individually about each person you feel like that.


  • Make a bucket list of things you want to do in life just for fun. A bucket list would be a good option to relax, to know yourself and search about yourself within you. Bucket list is activities you wanted to do or never done but want to do now, things that will make you happy.


  • Sometime negativity also makes it hard to take right decision in life. Hence it is essential to disconnect from such negative sources or thoughts. Take a break, relax, meditate. just go paint in a open and calm place.


  • Just go try some new skill.
  • Write down things you are not confused about. Things you do at ease everyday. Things what you know and you are sure about. Focus on why are you not confused about this. This will help you find " why" which triggers the confusion. may be you are emotionally drained by some incident and it's affecting you.
  • Ponder over these questions to help you with your purpose in life:


# What do you enjoy most in your life


# What do you hate to do in life


# if you just want anyone to remember you in the future what they should remember you for


# list down all your skills and see if anything can help you to progress and motivate you


life is complicated and confusion is natural result for that. if moments of confusion is worked through properly then it can lead to higher levels of clarity about direction and purpose. Take time to identify why you are confused about life and tackle them to get back on your desired path.

You have such a confusion of feelings that I just want to reassure you...you haven't lost! you just don't know what to do and your thoughts are flowing...and do you have to make a decision right now? take your time....

Hi. Your anxiety is severe...don't trust your thoughts in your anxiety...first just calm down...you want to be alone- be...try to just distract yourself from your thoughts.... switch your attention...you'll be fine!!!!

it is important to learn not to let your own thoughts control you...recognize the presence of thoughts without getting stuck on their content....

Don't give up and remember that every step forward is already a little luck...even if you lost, it can also be your plus...the main thing is to see the pluses....lcheviously, you need the help of a doctor...try to find one.

You must feel terrible. It happened to me once. At first I was alarmed, but I soon saw that there was an upside to the situation. I reevaluated my behavior, my friendships and changed my life for the better. try it! you will succeed

dear friend! You must always hope, believe, and just live. If you are tired of fighting, don't fight, and live. If you think you have lost, well, you have lost, so what? just live.... don't think about bad things...today it is bad, and tomorrow something good will happen....

I'm so worried about you! You have to live! Your thoughts are changing. Maybe you should just sleep and rest. And then you'll "think thoughts"

Buddy! You didn't lose. You're just tired, and you're anxious, in a bad mood. Take a break, take your mind off your problems, don't make quick decisions..... And everything will get better gradually...
