I'm a co-dependent. That means my friend is an alcoholic. I drink too, but not a lot. I can have a drink with her, but not a lot. I know my dosage. My friend drinks until she passes out. I wanted to leave her many times. Even left her. She's a good person and I feel sorry for her. I came back, she begged me. Said she couldn't live without me. Promised me she wouldn't drink alcohol. And I believed her. It lasted for days, weeks. And then all over again. I was mad at her. I realized that I could not leave her. And he sent her to be treated. The therapist said that we both needed to go through therapy. That my personality is also already deformed by it. It's a nightmare.
