Over the past few years, I've experienced a series of difficult events that have deeply affected me. My father passed away, I've gone through a painful breakup with my bf, and faced personal medical challenges. These experiences have come one after another, leaving me with little time to recover. Even now, a year later, I'm still struggling to move on from these traumas. They've had a significant impact on my ability to find joy in life. I'm constantly afraid that any good thing that comes my way will be taken away from me. This thought cycle repeats itself every few days. I wish I could keep everything precious to me locked away, but I know that's not realistic or healthy. The fear of experiencing another major loss is overwhelming.
