Hello!

Unfortunately, millions of people all over the world face the problem of alcohol addiction annually. It is really hard to deal with this disease, yet it’s possible. I will suggest some basic steps which will help you return to a sober life. The first step is to admit the problem, this will make 50% of success. Once you make a decision to be sober, you need to tell close people about this to get some support from them and some motivation to change. Now I will tell you important factors that will help you refuse drinking alcohol. You can start with one of them and eventually move on to other factors.

1) Change your habits. It is important to refuse your everyday habits concerning spending your free time. Instead of spending time with your friends drinking beer you’d better play football, or instead of drinking a glass of alcohol in the evening “to relax” you can listen to a pleasant music, take a walk in the street.

2) Determine new priorities. You’ve been looking for a chance to have a drink lately. Now you should find a more healthy goal: attend a driving school, get a new job qualification, create a family, Improve your housing facilities.

3) Isolate yourself from your usual company. Try to avoid toxic friends, who are always glad to have a drink with you. Don’t attend events where people usually drink alcohol. I am sure you’ve got some friends who are interested in science, tourism, fishing, and you can join them.

4) Motivation. Without strong motivation you can’t resist the temptation to drink over and over again. Write down in your diary why you are ready to give up drinking forever. For example:

- Happiness and calm of close people

- Love

- Career growth

- Financial stability

- Good future for children

- Your health and long life

5) Eat healthy food. Nutritious and tasty food stimulates endorphins production (hormones of happiness). This is a perfect alternative to alcohol. Vitamins in healthy food will help your body get rid of toxins and fight addiction. I am sure if you are motivated enough and develop a systematic approach, you will be able to fight your addiction and start a new life!

That is complete deterioration of your body and health my friend, I am glad you have that realization atleast, I feel you're way too addicted to it at this point and maybe you need to see a doctor you gives you certain substitute medicines which takes away the urge to drink, also you should join some clubs or support talk groups, they're quit helping to stick to your plan and keeps pushing you to do better as these strangers stories motivate you

But seeing a doctor is necessary so that they take the matter in their hands because sometimes we wish to change ourselves but we need people who keep a check on us strictly, it'll help, trust me, see one

I guess you should see a doctor firstly, because I am pretty sure by this point your liver and body might have got damaged enough, seeing a doctor will sort a lot of issues, they'll prescribe you the needed medications and actions to be taken, do not do this to yourself, you've a beautiful life gifted, do not destroy it living a non sober life and almost poisoning yourself slowly
