Depression is starting.

I was in depression two years ago and i want to share that it was because I don't have an understanding and supportive family . I was in love at my teenage which was new and i dont get the healing process what I should get when it was known to my family about my boyfriend and love which was not allowed in my family and from that time i was in depression. And we can say it started then I had many stomach disorders and lack of sleep and nothinh heals me. After a lot of sufferings I went to doctor of stomach disease rather than psychologists because my parents and i dont knew at that time what depression is said and how to be treated. Then after a lot of search I get to know and I went to psychiatrists and had medicines prescribed but i had may stomach problems and vivid dreams till now and weight loss is the most irritaing everyone bodyshames on me. I need some other medicines which dont have effects of weight loss.
