This is the best approch, it helped me a million times

it's okay to feel overwhelmed at times. It's a sign that you care deeply about your future and your dreams. If I were in your shoes, I would grab my notebook and start jotting down a plan detailing what to prioritize and how to reach my goals. Any progress, no matter how small, is still progress. Personally, I like to reward myself with something simple like a cup of my favorite coffee after achieving even the smallest of victories. It helps keep me motivated and moving forward.
