I really relate to what you are going through right now. I used to be a good student but now i barely make it to my next semester. I was also into sports and was very athletic but now the sport that I really liked has turned into something that pressurize me to do better rather than enjoy for its sake.
I have developed a really bad habit of zoning out which makes me loose focus and my coach just shouts at me. I can't get myself back together and I wanna quit sometimes but there is a hope that I am holding onto. I believe this phase will pass and someday I may overcome it so I'm holding onto whatever I have right now. I wish you all the best and that you will find the courage to hang on and get better. I believe you will get better. All the best.

Is there something going on with your life which is kind of distracting you from doing all this stuff, I mean most of the times people are probably going through some issues may family issues or something similar that's why they lose the zest of living

I feel you sometimes one just loses that sense yk of living life but I feel there are always reasons for it, like what demotivated you so much, and if it's something as such just get very passionate about life, live every second so passionately, I really like to do that, I get so passionate about every thing, from reading to cooking, cleaning, purchasing groceries, etc. Listen to podcasts, watch daily life vlogs they're kind of motivating. I hope this helps

maybe you're going through something but i also feel you're burnt out and you can use a break, if you don't feel like doing anything either you can push yourself really hard to to do it or you can choose to do nothing and just sit back and relax and take a break, embrace however you have been coping with the situations, just exist for a while, once you done with your break you can get back with living.

i went toa psychiatrist yesterday,i now i realise what i have been going through for all these time.IN fact he told me too stop overthinking and start accepting the situation because my main problem is from my low academic performance..I hope i can do well in my board exams inshallah though my ongoing exams aren't going well that much.:) i need to get more attentive and try harder and dont lose motivation.SUCCESS will come iNEVITABLY.Need to stop worrying for bad grades and focus on improving is a must now..please pray for my recovery..I CAN OVERCOME THIS INSHALLAH..
yeah also want to mention that, i was also a good goalkeeper in my school team but after getting into college that SPORTSMAN in me just died..AND also wanna state that i am trying to hold on too and pass this bad phase asap..again thanks for the assistance and good wishes..we'll overcome this together stay strong..

Am going through the same thing right now. Usually it would be easy in the past to pull myself up and get in with it but I can't do it now. Proper assistance and advice is what I am really searching for here ... I feel like anyone can change someone's whole world.
