I can't stop, please help

I have caused harm to my body and continue to do so. Despite my strong desire to stop, I can't stop it and I feel terrible about it. My arms and thighs are covered with scars that fill me with shame. I know they will remain with me forever. I have multiple scars on my face, chest, legs, arms, and back... This habit has been with me for years, and I have been unable to stop no matter how hard I try. When I look in the mirror, all I see are the scars on my face. And other girls my age have normal skin. This situation is something I despise. Don't know how to start loving my body again...
