There could be many reasons why you might be feeling at some point in our life. Any difficult or painful situation happened recently which has led to his sadness or lower your motivation, self esteem. Feeling some pressure at work, relationship difficulties or anything new which has got sudden change in your routine. It is hard to explain sometimes why you feel this way so it is best you talk to a therapist as it is 2 weeks and therapist will help you in finding the root cause for this issue. If this last longer than 2 weeks then its generally associated with depression.
They would also diagnose if you any other health conditions like thyroid which makes you feel low. But majorly questioning would help a great deal in understanding your mood.
Start regaining control over the daily activities you do like a small task of taking shower or just going for a walk or doing certain activities at house would offer you a temporary distractions.
You should also accept all thoughts ruminating in your head and understand what are you feeling? write it down . how would you want to change this situation? is it possible? what i am thinking is facts or assumption? is it reality or me assuming things? . Start finding facts in the situation this will help you to stop unnecessary thoughts.
