You r eating too much bcz u r stressing too much. Life is not that bad. Whenever you feel low just try to think about what you have instead of what you don't have. Life doesn't give everything to everyone but what u have right now is priceless.. i know sometimes things don't go well but keep in mind this is not the end. Every successful person in this world had experienced downfall for atleast once in their journey but why they r successful now? Bcz they never gave up. That's what you need to think... Stress eating is not something that can stop your life. If you want to eat go ahead but choose your foods wisely. Instead of munching on something unhealthy try to have something that wont give you much calories such as fruits or something. U said no one is proud of u but why u want to make others proud. Just try to make yourself proud. Just think once how can someone be proud of u when u r not proud of yourself. U don't need to make others happy just try to make yourself happy because when you will be happy you will be more productive when you r productive you will get success and when u get success those who r berating you right now will come running behind you... Life is full of ups and downs. Don't forget that if you r down today tomorrow you can be in the highest up... All you need to do is just never lose hope.. u said you're tired... There is a lot ruminating in your head. Too many things which has contributed to the pain, sadness. Additionally no acknowledgement from your parents and friends, no recognition has all led to you feeling drained out.
The first thing you have to do is go for a therapy. Till you don't unleash your negative emotions you will not feel better. There is so much of emotions in complex in your mind but you have not acknowledged nor labelled those emotions that is why you are confused.
You need to Journal your thoughts. now here i want to write in detail about each things so you get clarity what is affecting you and what do you want to boost your morale, what is stopping you from being happy? what has hurt you so badly?
when you say you are mad at your parents and elucidate why? what have you done which they did not acknowledge? what else they did which affected your mental health? did you ever talk to them and make them aware of what you want? Next do write for friends also in detail about what is affecting you?
Once you write down and label each thought of yours then you will start getting clarity and would be able to help yourself.
write down what do you see are your strengths? look in the mirror and keep repeating those strengths to you. First you need to work on your confidence and self esteem. only if you feel you have it in you, your worth it then that will reflect on your personality. You will carry yourself with immense pride and display that confidence.
when you say you think negative? can you write down each time a negative thought arises in your head and see if its you who is making an assumption or someone has told you that? if its your assumption or reality has to be assessed. If it is an assumption then accept the thought as just a thought and let go. Just don't give weightage to it. Start writing positives for those negative thoughts and repeat those positive thoughts to train your mind to think positive.
For losing weight: Everyone has a desire of wanting to look in a particular way. It is important that you eat right and stay healthy for your physical and emotional well being. you can break down your meals into smaller mini meals which can be eaten frequently. when you break down your massive meals into smaller meal then your body and mind would feel like it is consuming more calories and it feels full. so break down a major meal in small like 1 big bowl of rice can be broken down into 3 portion and eaten in space of every half hour. you can also make work out little bit more interesting by doing different exercise regimes like walking, jogging, yoga. You can have your favourite playlist to boost you. You need to also understand why do you want to reduce weight and that reason would motivate you to work harder.
