Hi,

The fact that you have acknowledged and accepted that you need help is the first step towards healing. Therapy would be a great help to understand your underlying causes for crying and to enable, empower you to feel good and take pride inn whatever you do. Talk therapy will help you in addressing the pain rather than distracting yourself from it. Distraction will only lead to suppressing the pain which will again bounce back when triggered by any event or incident in your life. It will continue to affect you as it is short term strategy to find relief. Distraction is to avoid the situation and that in turn would only make you feel more anxious. By releasing the trapped emotional pain you will feel lighter and you will let go the emotions.

You need to sit with those feelings. write it down, cry if required or be angry or yell. write down all the incidents in detail which hurt you and how do you still feel about it.When you sit down with the feelings and accept it then you feel intensity of the pain has reduced as you have written down what is causing you pain.

Once after doing this do what would make you feel better indulge into some food like chocolate or watch some fun movie or hug yourself. Just listen to what you need.

It is important you go to a therapist and address these issues in a healthier way and finding a balance that works for you.

I can see that you're tired of the emotional pain and want to regain your sense of pride in yourself. It's important to remember that you're not alone in your struggles and that there is help available to you. Hey there! I just wanted to say that acknowledging that you need help is a massive step forward. It's not easy to admit when we're struggling, but you've done it, and that's something to be proud of. I believe in your strength and resilience. Remember, it's okay to take things one day at a time. You don't need to have everything figured out all at once. Celebrate the small victories, and be gentle with yourself. You're doing great, even if it doesn't always feel like it.

I just want to say how incredibly brave you are for sharing your story. It takes a lot of courage to open up and I hope you know that you are not alone. I can relate to what you’re going through; I’ve had my own battles with depression, and it’s not easy. It sounds like you’ve been through a lot, and I’m really proud of you for pushing through and finishing college. That’s an incredible achievement, especially considering everything you’ve been dealing with. Please remember that it’s okay to feel tired and to want something different for yourself. You deserve happiness and to feel proud of who you are. I believe in you and your ability to move forward. Just know that there are people out here who care about you and are rooting for you.

When I read your story, I felt a deep connection because it reminds me of the trials I have faced in my own life. One thing that has always given me strength is my faith. I believe that God has a plan for each of us, even if we can't see it right now. Sometimes, the darkest moments are when we are closest to finding our true purpose. You mentioned that you've been living with depression for the past three years. That's a long time to carry such a heavy burden. It's okay to feel tired and to want a change. What you are feeling is valid, and it's important to acknowledge your emotions. But also remember that God created you with a purpose, and He wants you to find joy and fulfillment. Prayer has been a powerful tool in my life. When I feel overwhelmed, I take a moment to speak to God, to pour out my heart. It's like having a conversation with a dear friend who understands me completely. You might find solace in doing the same. Start with small prayers, thanking God for the little blessings in your life, and gradually, you might find a sense of peace that helps you through your day.

You started working at 18 to distract yourself from the pain? Wow, that’s pretty impressive. Not everyone has the strength to take action like that. You’re stronger than you think! 💪 Living with depression for the past 3 years sounds incredibly tough. It’s amazing that you’ve made it this far. You’re a warrior! 🛡️ Just finished college? That’s a huge achievement! 🎓 You should be super proud of yourself for getting through that despite everything. I’m proud of you just reading this! 😄

I totally get wanting to get your life back together. It’s so important to want that for yourself. You deserve a life full of joy and pride. 🌈 Crying can be so draining. It’s okay to cry, but I understand wanting to feel happy again. You’re on the right path by acknowledging it. ❤️

You’ve got this! I believe in you. Sending you all the positive vibes and virtual hugs. 🤗

Greetings! One thing to consider is the importance of physical health. Regular exercise can significantly impact your mental well-being. It doesn't have to be anything intense; even a daily walk or some light stretching can make a difference. Additionally, paying attention to your diet and ensuring you get enough sleep can contribute to a better mood and more energy. Remember, taking care of your body is just as important as taking care of your mind. You're on the right path, and every positive change, no matter how small, is a step forward.

Hey, buddy! I can see you're going through a lot, and I just wanted to say that it's okay to feel the way you do. Life can be overwhelming, and it's perfectly normal to struggle sometimes. Have you thought about finding a hobby or activity that you really f? Sometimes immersing yourself in something creative or fun can provide a great escape and give you something to look forward to. Whether it's painting, playing an instrument, or even gardening, having a passion project can be incredibly fulfilling. Keep your head up, and know that better days are ahead.

I admire your determination to get your life back on track. It's important to recognize that setbacks are a part of life, and they don't define your worth. One practical approach is to create a structured daily routine. Having a schedule can provide a sense of normalcy and purpose. Include activities that you enjoy and that make you feel good about yourself. It might be reading a book, cooking a meal, or even learning something new. Consistency can be incredibly grounding. Keep pushing forward, and don't be too hard on yourself if things don't go perfectly. Progress is progress, no matter how small.

It's really inspiring to see you taking the initiative to improve your situation. One thing that has helped me in similar situations is helping others. Sometimes, shifting the focus away from our own struggles and contributing to the well-being of others can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. That’s why I’m here tbh. I felt an anxiety attack coming on, so I decided to come here and answer other people's questions. And you know what? It worked for me! Not only does it make a positive impact on others, but it also helps you build connections and feel part of something bigger. Keep moving forward, and remember that every act of kindness counts.
