Try sports, physical activities or exercises. It should help you to focus. (This is probably most important but yet difficult as you might feel you don’t have enough mental energy for it. Try to start slow initially and then try to incorporate it into a habit… but this is probably the most difficult part!


Also, try not to feel bad about getting distracted. This brings anxiety which will further exacerbate distractions. It’s like a loop.

I feel, you should see a doctor, they're specialists and they know exactly what you need, whether, it's medication therapy whatever so please see one

rest you-tube also has a lot of videos of people who are going through the same, and still can manage their lives

try watching those videos too and try following their planning and focusing patterns

seeing a doctor will be a good option, because of course they all are there for a reason, approach one and be absolutely honest about your situation

they will provide you with the right medication and therapies needed
