Memory is very fragile. Your ability to create and recall memories is related to variety of factors including nutrition and sleep. Cortisol could be one reason too. It is the hormone body releases during stress. This is known to interfere with the process of forming and recalling memories. When we are in stress cortisol increases in our body. This can lead to forgetfulness.

  • Train your brain:

memory and brain games like Sudoku, scrabble, crosswords, word puzzles or chess can help boost memory and brain function. Playing these games wont just exercise your brain but also help you with your anxiety. if games don't appeal you then strengthen your brain and improve memory by :

  • Learning a new language. There are various free apps and sites where you can learn.

Learning a musical instrument or playing if you know any musical instrument.

Learn a new skills like gardening or art or painting etc.

  • Use technology during stress:

Write things down when you are under severe stress. write it in your phone notes or just record what you are feeling? how are you feeling and why are you feeling like this?

  • Maintain journal:

Every day write down your worries and potential causes behind it which can help you express them so they don't take up so much mental energy. When you have less to worry about your memory might improve automatically.

  • Make time for exercise as physical activity can improve your mood, ease symptoms of anxiety and depression and boost overall brain health.

  • Focus on one thing at time. Multitasking spoils all the tasks because the brain can do only one thing at time for some.

Memory loss can disrupt your day to day life and compound distress caused by stress and anxiety, Reach a therapist who can help you out with this as they could conduct series of test to understand your episodes of forgetfulness.

Perhaps this is your excessive emotionality ... or excessive thoughtfulness ... Try not to think about the bad when you go on business, to the store. Or check what and where you put it

It seems to me that your memory problems will end when you can deal with stresses. They erase your memory

In general, my memory can be a little fuzzy... When I don't get enough sleep and I'm tired. Maybe it's the same for you? It's all from nerves. Take care of yourself!
