Hey I am so sorry to hear that, there can be numerous possible reasons for you to have this issue, but what matters now is how you deal with it, first of you really need to start being around people who genuinely care for you, as you mentioned your gf is one of the biggest reasons for your anxiety, so I’m assuming she isn’t a genuine well wisher of yours, so start to connect with such people first, can be your parents,siblings anyone. Secondly start practicing meditation and yoga especially the ones with breath work it helps a lot

@bubu i have done everything bro but the thing is we both love each other but there are reasons i can’t talk with her about we had been through tough times and still standing after breakups. Well i need what i don’t know why am i so confused. Bdw thanks mate❤️❤️
