@Dr. Elisabeth Jones Hi there, I hope you are doing great. Thank you for taking your time to writing all this. Is there any way you can provide me emotional support and advocate for me for free here or any other platform? I mean I don't have money at all and I'm badly trapped so just need to talk to you. Waiting for your response. Thank you!

@Dr. Elisabeth Jones hi there. If you can provide free-therapy? I really need it. My family is SO extremely abusive and they have been using severe proxy abuse and at the same time they have been pressing me by instilling fear in me to not speak up yet keep oppressing me at the same time when I used to reach out for help and they treated me TERRIBLY I started to keep enduring things silently no matter what and how disgusting things my narcissists parents and brothers do and at the same time the abuse and living in insane environment which is so horrible and being men yes this is all I have been experiencing. I think I have maybe I have migraine it affected my brain badly
@Dr. Elisabeth Jones I have lost myself the severe traumas I have been forced to enduring silently I feel like I won't take out these traumas on these narcissists it will never go away it is bothering me so much inside that I want to feel lighter inside but I don't know how to put in words I don't know
@Dr. Elisabeth Jones The society I live in don't take seriously or help if it is a man. My own family treated me much much much worse than enemy would have done. The amount of gaslighting I face in my society and bully, ridiculousness and abusive words is beyond inhumane being men is really NOT easy I don't give a fuck what people think what people may say
@Dr. Elisabeth Jones Being men I have been forced to suffer abuse just so I can continue passing down the trauma of abuse
These narcissists and society destroyed my life and I want to kill people who did this to me and they love to play it's not society's fault. I really started to hate people here now for what they did to me. My migraine is bad due to abuse. They have been relentlessly abusing me and I have been silently enduring and I was forced to live with my horrible brain injury while abusive environment at the same time noise pollution in general
Hello! Unfortunately, while you’re living with your offenders this will be almost impossible to do. It can be compared to a situation when after receiving an electric shock you try to touch an exposed wire over and over again. So the first and most essential (and possibly the hardest) step is to “leave the battlefield”, meaning you should move to another place and separate from your offenders. Otherwise all your power and energy will be spent on fighting people who hurt you and bring sufferings. Also I will recommend some techniques to help you overcome your PTSD. 1) Find motivation. Think about how your life will improve if you manage to cope with PTSD. Maybe there will be no more nightmares, feeling of danger, fear of your own memories and feelings. Or maybe it will be easier for you to build relationship, travel, and get new experience. Maybe you won’t feel depressed anymore; you will feel that you have a better control over your life, and that what’s gone is gone. Estimate, what it will take to overcome your PTSD and what it will give you. 2) Watch your thinking. One of the main strategies when overcoming PTSD is detaching yourself from fearful thoughts. Very often we think that our inner state reflects our reality. When a feared image comes into your mind, you can feel fear, but this is similar to being afraid of a tiger’s attack when it’s only in the picture. We suppose that in reality we can face the same things which we picture in our head. But your thoughts cannot necessarily be connected with outside world, especially when they develop as a result of frantic activity of your imagination. If you develop the ability to watch your thoughts, you will learn to perceive them the right way – like the result of your mind activity. If you sail against the wind, fight your thoughts, try to suppress them, it will only make your anxiety worse. It is better to just watch them without estimating and commenting. 3) Praise and award yourself. You’re going through many difficulties connected with PTSD. Both traumatic situation and what you suffered after that is a painful experience. But every time you do something good, award yourself. Praise yourself for having enough courage to overstep your fear, doing something you’re afraid now to feel less frightened in future. Notice any slightest progress on this difficult but right way. Only you know how hard it was and only you can come through this to improve the situation. While overstepping your fears tell yourself the following: you encounter more hardship in life that other people, so you deserve more appraisal.
