Instrusive thoughts are just noise in your head. it is important you become aware of these thoughts and learn the practise to just accept this as only thoughts and not reality. Let go of those thoughts once you have accepted it. you just have to distract yourself from these thoughts which you are smartly doing by listening to hanuman chalisa. Your utmost faith in the god keeps your mind occupied and gives you temporary relief from those thoughts.

you need to write down and monitor these negative thoughts. You need to write down what are these negative thoughts which is affecting you, why these thoughts are bothering you in deeper level, is it something you feel embarrassed about, or socially or morally disturbing thoughts which makes you feel you are bad as a person. you start judging yourself for such thoughts. Tell yourself frequently that these thoughts are automatic and continue to do the activity you were previously doing. whenever we accept that these thoughts are just thoughts our brain will automatically forget it but only when we can't accept it our brain would keep thinking about it. This is how our brain is wired. example if i tell you don't think about food then automatically your mind would only think about it. so if you have certain thoughts which you feel is against your moral and religious values then you may feel bad about it. Then you may pray thinking this would wipe away such bad thoughts or make me feel good as a person. so just accept the thoughts.

Even go to a therapist who will help you in understand what are these thoughts which is hurting you and help you deal with this

It's heart-wrenching to hear how much you're struggling right now. It sounds like you're in a constant battle with your mind. One thing that might be helpful is establishing a routine, even a simple one, to give your days some structure and predictability. It can be grounding and give you small goals to focus on. Your faith is a strong part of your life, and that's a beautiful thing. Maybe connecting with a faith community could provide additional support. Keep holding on, and remember that better days can come, even if it doesn't feel like it right now.

Your story really touched me. Feeling like you're losing your mind and not being connected to your soul is incredibly distressing. It's good that you have ways to find some relief during panic attacks, like listening to music and reading spiritual texts. Have you tried connecting with others who have similar experiences? Sometimes support groups can provide a sense of community and understanding. It might also be worth exploring different types of therapy, like cognitive-behavioral therapy, which can help change negative thought patterns. Keep faith in your journey, and know that many people are rooting for you.

I can really feel the weight of what you're going through. As someone who works as a teacher, I see many young minds struggling with similar feelings and it's heart-wrenching. Iā€™ve had students whoā€™ve shared their struggles with mental health with me, and Iā€™ve seen firsthand how truly challenging it can be. The sensation of feeling detached from yourself, like your soul is somewhere else, is something Iā€™ve heard described before, and itā€™s incredibly unsettling. I want you to know that your feelings are valid, even when theyā€™re difficult to articulate. The fact that you find solace in listening to shendur lal chaidya and reading the Hanuman Chalisa is so important. Those moments of peace can be a lifeline. Itā€™s crucial to have these moments, these practices that bring you calm. Iā€™m really glad you have them. Itā€™s also good to hear that you trust in God. Faith can be a powerful support system. Wishing you moments of peace and clarity in your life. Take care.

It's so tough when every day feels like a struggle and you can't seem to find any joy. I understand those intrusive thoughts can be overwhelming. It's good that you have found some comfort in God. I find comfort in Him too. Sometimes, having those little rituals can help ground us when everything feels chaotic. You are not alone at all, and sharing your thoughts here is a brave step. Keep trusting in God and know that there are people out here who care. I hope you have a better day today, even if it's just a tiny bit better.

Have you considered talking to a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor? They can help you navigate these feelings and provide you with strategies to manage your thoughts and emotions. Sometimes, medication may also be necessary, and a psychiatrist can help determine if this is the right path for you. It's okay to ask for help and take things one day at a time. Your feelings are valid, and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Keep holding on to your faith and continue to reach out to others. You're stronger than you think, and there is hope for a brighter future.

Oh, I totally get it! šŸ˜© Sometimes life throws us a curveball and it's like, what even is happening?! It's like, can I get a break, please? šŸ˜‚ But you know what? Even in those tough moments, you're still here, sharing with us. That's a win! šŸ„³ Those intrusive thoughts are like uninvited guests at a party. So annoying! But youā€™ve got your ways to cope, and thatā€™s awesome. Listening to shendur lal chaidya and reading Hanuman Chalisa? Go you! šŸŽ§šŸ“–

Sometimes, when I feel super low, I think of the funniest thing that happened to me, like slipping on a banana peel or something. šŸ˜‚ It doesn't fix everything, but it gives me a giggle break.

Keep trusting in God. Faith can be such a comforting pillow to rest your head on when everything feels too much. šŸ™ And sharing your thoughts here? Thatā€™s brave and beautiful. šŸŒ¼ I hope today has a tiny sparkle somewhere for you. Maybe a cute puppy video or a random compliment from a stranger. You deserve some light. šŸŒŸ
