Self diagnosis is common and infact applaudable that you are aware and concerned enough about your mental health, but it is not enough,you need to see an official, they can help you with medications, therapies, life style patterns,etc. I understand family and society can be annoying as it's hard for them to believe something like that, but you need to stand up for yourself, you need you and nobody else, so talk to your parents firmly with facts, logics and make them understand you need help.
