Hello, I know it's a difficult feeling when other's don't understand what you want. I am here to help you out. You want to be model so I just want you to probe and answer these questions to help you work on your goal. This is just to help you in this situation.


  1. What is your goal in life ?
  2. What is your strength and weakness?


Visualise:


You need to read these questions and answer it individually in a book. Try being as honest as possible.

  1. Who according to you is an ideal person? Characteristics of the person.
  2. How should an ideal model be?
  3. What is required to become a model ? Just weight? or anything beyond it?
  4. Rate yourself from 1 to 10 as an ideal person and ideal model?
  5. what according to you is ideal weight?

Check where do you stand. Be aware of who you are. Answering this will help you understand yourself better and that way you will be able to explain it your closed ones.


Nutrition


As you have told eating buns are bad. it's good you have an understanding of what is healthy and unhealthy. Based on that understanding i want you to do this exercise.

Can you just:

  1. Write down what is healthy food according to you ? Nutrient rich food or calorie food?
  2. 10 most healthy and must include food in the Diet.
  3. 10 unhealthy food and not to be included in your everyday diet.


Now that you have written what is healthy. Can you include those food in your diet daily. You are better person to decide what is important for you to be a model and continue in the industry for longer run.


I want you to just google online and research what is the ideal weight based on your height and age. Later check the BMI and assess your weight based on that. Eating healthy means eating balanced nutrition required by the body.

If there is any other underlying reason kindly reach a therapist who will help you.

@Veena Choudhary Thank you for such a detailed response to my concerns. I will try to give answers to your questions. I have not defined my purpose in life. I am a model, perhaps my strength is in my beauty. So I try to keep it. The perfect man is a beautiful man. To be a model, you really have to have a lot of skills. But also to have certain parameters of the figure, of course. You need to be able to pose, have a certain type of face, be able to present yourself, take care of yourself, not be late for the shoot, be artistic and so on.

I'm not a perfect model right now, too thin. Not a perfect person in personality as my moods change frequently. I don't see how a self-esteem exercise would help me. I have a low self-esteem on all fronts. Healthy food is not flour, fat, fried, overly sweet, fast food. It's a balanced diet. There's no way I'm going to eat fat, flour, it'll make me ugly. Fruits, vegetables, and not all of them. For example, I won't eat grapes, they have a lot of sugar. Yeah, my doctor tells me to eat more. My BMI is below normal. I've lost weight and I'm afraid of gaining weight, so I don't eat much. My future depends a lot on how I look.

Don't be sad, everything will work out! I also worry about excess weight from time to time, I sit on diets. So, as you have not brought yourself yet, because when I am busy and cheerful, I forget about dieting. Maybe you do, too. Try to go towards your inner self-discovery and self-development, and the weight may go away. You are a model, and modeling earnings are possible at different weights, analyze the trend. It seems that nowadays the trend in modeling is not thin....

I know what you mean! I wanted the perfect body too. It's all about stopping in time. Maybe the mrz experience will help you. I was a perfectionist, and I got over it. Draw yourself a line dr how much you will improve your body so you don't end up in the hospital.....

Hang in there, beautiful!!! I, like many girls also try to stick to the diet. But I always stop in time. Maybe because I love myself and like myself the way I am. Try to like yourself even more!!! I'm sure you're wonderful!!!
