Look anybody can just google the cures and text you but I will suggest you to see a psychiatrist, they're experienced in their fields and they're here to help you, do not try taking medicines or any treatments just by people guiding you, mental health is a concerning issue and should be observed by the respective doctors
I understand parents can often be difficult to explain but you need to explain them tell them you don't feel okay, and you need to see a doctor urgently, they're parents they'll understand you don't worry
might be a new concept for them but trust me they'll help you
you should see a doctor my friend, bipolar is a serious disease it can have stages it need proper medication and therapy, which only professionals can provide
I understand your issue your parents are not supporting it, but trust me they'll once you explain it to them, make them understand that you need medical help because you are feeling so and so and so, if they come up with something like you're just 14 how is it possible then you can tell them there are even kids born with mental disorders where they're born depressed sometimes, when they lack production or certain chemicals which are needed for normal functioning of brain
Just try to explain them with patience and love and they'll help you
rest maybe this can be a bit helpful for the meantime https://youtu.be/llOPqKD-s4w?si=4zRlQdx9OdIzo4b1

Good afternoon!
First of all, you need to consult a psychiatrist so that he can make a diagnosis and, if necessary, prescribe treatment. The disease may not be confirmed or another one will be revealed. In any case, you need a doctor to resolve this issue.
It would also be helpful to contact a school psychologist or a socio-psychological service in order to get support and make a plan of action.
Remember that there are no hopeless situations. If your relatives do not believe you and do not support you, you just need to seek help from other people.
