panic attacks daily

I Dont know how to break free from panic attacks. I have them for already 1 years and some month. It all started because of my school teacher. She was bullying me. Firstly I got fear to go to school,then go outside,and now can’t go alone at all. Mostly I have breathing problems,tachycardia,blood pressure escalating. Idk what to do,I do therapy but it doesn’t help. My therapist said I should write down time,thoughts,symptoms atm and thoughts. I found out that 5eres nonspecific triggers or thoughts.. can someone dive and advice or smth? Would be very glad.
