Hello! The first and most important question is not about the amount of money you make and spend. It’s about your attitude to the situation, your fear of money specifically. So first of all, I recommend that you deal with your emotions about money. Find 20-30 minutes, take a sheet of paper and a pen and write down what exactly you are afraid of. Describe your emotions concerning money. Perhaps there is also anxiety, discomfort or other worries except fear. Ask yourself “What is the worst thing that can happen in this situation?” When you think about money in such a way, you’ll see that actually the situation is not that disastrous as it may seem at first glance. After all you have a roof over your head, a car and you can pay your bills monthly. This is a lot, believe me. At the end of the month try to analyze your financial flows. Think of the ways you can both reduce costs and increase your income. We wish you financial and emotional well-being!
